Running the branch smoothly and making sure everyone gives the best customer experience to customers entering our doors.
Learnt few models and applied to improve my own skillset and now able to manage my time and my team more effectively.
I really enjoyed it as it gives me time to work on my weak areas and ask for support from my trainer and my line Manager.
I think they designed it very well but its for all retailers and some modules are not needed for my workplace. I think on the other side its good to learn a bit more and best practices from other retail sectors.
My boss and Post Office fully support me and I am honored to be a part of such a great network
In covid they keep changing the trainer and at the end I find they are pushing me to do it quicker without understanding how much time I need to do it properly.
I can manage my team more effectively and course has helped me specially in understanding my team, customers and manage and work with them in a better and more effective way.
No that's the only thing where I think company can work on to provide Colleagues opportunity to enjoy outside the work place.
Yes
Post Office helps you in all aspects of job and provides you training and apprenticeship programmes and the salary package and other perks including pension are great. The best thing is about getting the maximum support from your managers and freedom to work the way one wants to.
I will say be flexible and ready to learn and grow and you will get lots of opportunities. I have seen anyone starts working will never leave the company. I do understand now with franchising and ever changing customer needs competition is harder but if you develop yourself you will get more opportunities to work for PO Ltd.
