My Role is to help customer with payroll related queries and problems by effective troubleshooting and offering products and services to help the customer and their business thrive and promote success within the business
I have learned how to effectively trouble shoot using a wide array of software as well as learning about legislation. Learning to talk to the customer over the phone and offering support via a remote basis.
i really do enjoy the programme as it is a unique experience and something new i wanted to try
It is very oraganised despite COVID-19 with everything being remote.
I receive alot of support not just from a learning perspective but from a mental one too SAGE takes mental health seriously and has provided me help to bring my anxiety down
i received alot of support in terms of learning and training from my accessor and my work coach
it gives me an edge to do better and having such qualification allows me to show that i can do the job effectively and to a high standard
There is as sage has their own foundation to help out charities that i can do in my work hours to help support others in need and doing my part

They are a family oriented company that looks after their own and it shows from what i have seen
