  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme, but I do struggle as I don't have a computer so miss out on somethings. And feel like it's limited my learning somewhat. I can only do certain aspects when I get a chance at work. Or I have to have my work emailed.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • To be honest structure wise I can't really comment as I'm not sure what I will be learning as I struggle using my life as I don't have a computer. So I just do my work after each meeting my next work is then emailed to me.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Currently I haven't had to ask for help, as I've managed up until now. But I know my manager and assistant manager have said that if I ever need any help they are always there to help me. So I feel confident enough that when I need support it is there.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I recieve support every 3-6 weekly obviously under the current situation with covid its all remote learning, I've never had a face to face meeting. I'm sure once restrictions allow that will change. But I know if I've ever needed extra support and can email or text.
