  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • I would have a sheet with all the rooms on that I will be cleaning on the day. When I get in to a room I will look around to see if anything or if anyone in still in the room. Then I would open the curtains if they are closed and then round up all the rubbish of the floor and the sides. Then strip the bed to take the dirty linen out before bring in clean linen. Then put the linen on the bed and then move over to the bathroom and clean the shower , toilet and sink. Then hover the room and just have a look around the room to make sure that everything is in place before moving on to the next room .

  • That no matter how hard I find the course Ian is always there to help me to figure it out.

  • I get a lot of support from Ian . He is great at sorting out lessons that I need to be on and if I can't make that day he finds a different day

  • I feel very happy with everything and how it will help with me role too

  • There is nothing like that at work

  • Yes

  • Because we always needing people. The staff can be really nice.

  • Keep your head down and keep yourself to yourself. Try and have fun when you can
