Supporting around 100 Postmasters and their teams to help them provide a great customer experience.
Yes have found the sessions so far very useful particularly on learning styles and communication.
It has been really good to study again, spending time to improve and learn new skills which will help me support my teams.
Have been given the schedule for the all of the webinars and skills days. Mylife site is full of information to help me.
They have been really supportive enabling me to attend the training events and days and taking an interest in what I am studying.
They are available when needed and have provided useful feedback on the assignments that I have submitted.

As I am in a team that works remotely there are no social events though we were able to attend a retail seminar pre covid
