I enjoy it. There is a lot to learn and it is challenging, whilst also being a tremendous opportunity.
Quite. This is ramped up eventually, as degree apprenticeships involve signing a training agreement after a couple of years.
Sisk are a very supportive employer who put their people first and encourage development.
Adequate. Lecturers make themselves available and the training provider has mentors who assist in the professional membership side of things.
It gives an understanding of things that I do not get involved with in my day job, which in turn leads to greater awareness of what is happening in the industry. It helps me see the bigger picture.
