This programme has been the most intresting activity i have attented the last past year. I have learned lots of new things about hospitality industry, something that gives me the confidance to take more responsibilities and try to grow as a person and employee in my working environment.
Unfortunatly my experience was through to this whole pandemic and most of the programme was via phone, e-mail and skype. This created some deficulties to follow certen activities. My opinion will not be objective.
My manager was always happy to help and give me advice about my learning journey. Every time that i needed extra time to study for exams or i had to take a day off for a meeting with my trainer, my manager was positive and supportive.
Through my training i have had three trainers. All three were and are very helpful and try to be by my side everytime i need extra support or i do not know a certain thing.
After a year of training i have to say that my performance is geting better in my job role. I have learned many things about my job, especially how to coorporate with my colleagues in a very busy and stressful environment. Also how to treat customers.
There are not extra-curricular activities
