I am a receptionist in Premier Inn and my role involves checking people in, answering the phone, taking bookings and looking after the health and safety of all our guests.
Since starting in my I have seen improvements in my IT skills.
I find the programme engaging and challenging, giving me focus and improving my knowledge.
I find the structure of the programme easy to navigate.
My management team have provided excellent support throughout.
The training provider is available with appropriate guidance and support when required
