Attend to guest need. Check in and check out guest, check if there are any stayovers. Saftey checks of the building... make reservations for guest who do not know how.
Learning how keep track of card not presents guest(CNP) how to do close down of the system so that it is ready for the morning.
Its something I have never done before I can use it for my cv also for future career.

We support each other by helping each other and giving them the best encouragemet as possible, alo training when needed, and refreshers on acdamey online.. We also show our support by working together in a team espically when it can be very busy, we all have to maintain our station area.
Alot of support, few practice on how to speak out with confidence and long questions are ask. Lifetime training with math and english course. Also alot of practice question b4 the exam.
I feel it will get me through everyday lifestyle, even If I was to change my job. It will give a chance to grow in confidence and show me to do better in the work place. This apprenticeship will help me with future goals in life and create a good mind set of my own

They do give out few opprtunities to grow in the job and they make sure you hit them targets.
Be confident but not over confident. Search what whitbread main goals are. Show some knowelge you have learnt from others who been working for whitbread. Be honest, trust worthy able to communicate well and handle a busy shift.
