Hotel receptionist. Welcoming guests, check their reservations, explaining the hotel products and services for their needs, how to get to the room.
Yes. Legislation and a business project that helped me seeing my job from another point of view. Like if I were the owner.
I liked thinking about and developing the project. Knowing more about the legal aspects can help as well, for sure.
The promramme is well structured. Because of covid we had to change the meeting aspect.
