Also, we help with customers moving from or to Eon for their energy. We also strive to better the ecxperience for the customer by ensuring customer service is the best.
I have learnt many new skills and developed my existing skills. I have improved my confidence and had the oppurtunity to be able to speak up and include myself in conversations without feeling timid or shy. I have also learnt how to speak to customers in a professional manner. I have also boosted my computer skills by using the different software
I really enjoy the programme as i am able to be relaxed around my colleauges and even my managers. I can freely speak with anyone adn everyone is available and willing to help out at any time. I enjoy the way that the company thinks where they allow the employee to be free and then they see taht the employee works a lot better.
The programme is structured very well. We have regular catch ups and they ensure that we learn and understand whatever we are being taught. The Induction was extremely well structured adn a lot was learnt during it. We were even given the oppurtunity to shadow workers who are very good at doing there job so we can learn the ins and outs.
We recieve constant support from our employer. there are many differernt apps and forums that have been createed for employees who are in need of support and are going through a difficult time and are in need of help in order to get through that. We also have regular 1-2-1s with our managers and have regular wellbeing sessions.
We had a few sessions before beginning the work. There was support ofeered and we were taught how to use the website on which we were to do the work but by the time we actually got our logins and began the work many of us had already forgotten how to use the site adn navigate it.
At the moment we have just began the qualification so it is hard to say how we feel that our qualification through your training provider helps us to perform better in our role. Through the course, i believe that the training we recieve through the qualification will help us a lot.
Regularly there are quizes and the chance to take part in many different challenges and team activities. There are regular parties and chanches to meet up and relax our minds and enjoy some time out of work with our colleauges. The company takes part in all festivities and holidays with employees
Yes
I recommend this company to a friend or anyone who is in search of employment as i have never before worked for such a big company who puts everyone of their employees first and allows them to express themselve and feel free to say and what they want as long as it is justified.
When applying, just be truthful and be yourself and prove yourself to the company as they will definately respect you for being yourself. Always show any relevant experience that you have. Also, look up the job details and mould your CV around itr so it stands out compared to everyone else
