Managing the ground floor team and making sure the hotel operations run smoothly on a day to day basis
Yeah the apprenticeship has dwveloped my skills in all different areas of knowlage
The apprenticeship is and enjoyment rather then a chore, i actually enjoy sitting myself down, and working through the tasks set by your trainer.

They are understanding and flexible, ive given gabby all the dates which i need off for assessments ect and each have been fully understood and time off has been given
Ian has been amazing, my previous trainer was mark. So switching over to ian mid way through was strange. However hes supported me so much since that day. I know anything i need i can text him and he will be there to give a helping hand
100% delegation was a thing i really struggled with. I had way of thinking why, however after lesrning more about delegating tasks i started using it kore in work

Ive wprked for whitbread for 4 yesrs now, starting off as a barista in costa, transferred over to premier inn 3 years ago and have enjoyed the time ive worked for them. They support you in your decissions and most of all have great company benefits
Go for it! You wont look back take the amazing oppertunity to join such an amazing grouo of people l, hotels and restaurants!
