Support the general manager in the day to day running of the business from stock control to managing the team and shifts, recruitment and ensuring the business is operating safely and legally

Learning about various business models during the course of the programme has really helped to develop my existing skills.

Its all made very clear with portal and my life.

They where always willing to try and accommodate time for my apprenticeship

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My regional trainer was always accessible only a phone call away and always responded to any questions I had quickly

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Gives me a good insight into not only how a business is run but also why.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Unfortunately we don't have anything like that but something I will look into trying to get implemented

It is a very transparent and clear company to work for you know where you stand and they will try and accommodate you where possible

Its the perfect company to work for for anyone you enjoys going the extra mile to make others happy.
