    • I am a Field based Engineer who works on customers phone lines. Installing broadband and phone service.

    • I have learnt a range of new skills from testing copper to fast and efficient ways to identify and locate faults.

    • I loved every bit of it. Everyone's been vey helpful.

    • As much support as I needed. I was able to contact my manager and assessor for help at anytime.

    • My training provider was there to help where ever I got stuck
