Management of a team of 20-40 persons to meet KPI measures set by the business at the start of a tax year. Through labour, service and quality controls.
The apprenticeship for me was a chance to focus back on education and further develop skills, I had previously learnt during my university degree. This helped me understand my theoretical learning in a practical sense
Hospitality and many industries can be fast paced, ever changing and non stop. This means there is sometimes no time reflect on self development. This has allowed me to do that.
Structure and dependable
My employer has consistently been in the top 50 best employers in the UK. This is evident in the commitment they give to their team members at all levels of the business to develop.
LifeTime Training are always on the end on the phone, email and further, have 24:7 lines available for the support and mentor ship of their leanrers
Once your trainer understands your level of ability and knowledge. They consistently push you to further progress and expand your knowledge to be a success.
During the pandemic a lot of these extra curricular activities have been removed. However, there are so many diverse social activities and events, that all team members are able to get involved in
