Pre Covid-19 my job consisted of all duties required by a receptionist. Now, a lot of the shift involves cleaning; but it is all for the greater good.
I have gain a lot of knowledge on my apprenticeship.
I look forward to my monthly remote meeting with my Tutor, as I enjoy gaining knowledge, and also I am reminded of how much I know and how much I have learnt. I am now used to meetings done remotely, however at the beginning I found this alien to me.
I find the programme suits me. Each section flows from one to another, and they are the right size for a monthly subject, when your studying is done over and above your normal workload.
All my training is supplied by my Tutor.
Not only have I been given the tools and the knowledge to assist me in attaining my qualification; I am also given a lot of encouragement, which boosts to my confidence.
I am aware of the why things are done, and also I am aware of when a difference could me made, to improve the end result.

Currently work is off-kilter due to Covid-19, but under normal circumstances it is overall a good place to work. The job roles are varied, there is always a chance for promotion if you want it and there are many establishments to choose from.
It's a Company that is going places, and has many opportunities for you to get on, if you want to get on.
