I am A deputy manager for an 80 bed hotel, and my role is to over see the running of the staff and the hotel itself, from rotas, payroll, ordering consumables, and ensring we are all working within the company policies and guidelines.
A better approach on disciplining staff, and how to read company reports and watching budgets etc.
I just like to learn how the company works and what it takes to make things correctly and professionally.
I think it is quite well organised, now i know how to use the programme , and to make it work for myself.
I would a ot of support from my Hotel Manager.
He is very helpful and i feel that i can contact him at anytime and he gets back to me as soon as he is able to.
Cant really answer that question as it is early days on the programme at the moment.
We can do on the job training whilst in work ,which can be very helpful.
