Grill chef - Cooking customer orders to a high quality and efficiently. Making sure the kitchen is cleaned in coordination to EHO standards. Opening and closing the kitchen. Training new team members.
It has expanded my management skills, and I have learned a lot about what goes on in the background of the company.
