Yes, I have learnt how to lead a team and the supervisor's role responsibilities. I have also developed and improved my communication skills
At the start of my programme, I found it difficult as most information was through computers and lack of communication, however, my new mentor used a different method to encourage and develop my learning through discussions and mock questions engaging my knowledge and expanding new ideas to me made the programme enjoyable
It is well organised, nothing big to worry about, meetings and calls are all planned well beforehand.
I say a little support from them, most of my work is through my own experience however they provide support through encouragement and want demonstrations.
My trainer has given me a lot of support by helping me bringing me from far behind to on target. She also encourages me and helps develop and widen my knowledge in areas I have not covered. She has changed her tactic of teaching to make my learning easier by doing discissions and mock questions.
I think this qualification has helped me to understand my role better and able to utilize the knowledge gained and improve the development of the company and how I work with my team
