I am an auditor senior at EY. I prepare and review working papers on a day to day basis.
I have learnt the following: -team work -how to meet deadlines under pressure -balancing work and studies -analytical skills
The programme is enjoyable and I have made many friends along the way. To improve the programme I would say to add more study leave in blocks rather than to go back to work between exams.
I think the programme is well structured. We have something called a retain which shows our timetable for the year.
We have a peer group which we can reach out to as well as a counsellor which is very helpful.
I feel that we are well supported for college times.
I feel that the skills we learn in the exams are sometimes transferrable but mostly I learn from the job itself.
There are many activities. I am part of the womens network.

The company is great to work for and they are very flexible with good career growth opportunities.
To be yourself during the application and to properly research the role first as many people aren't aware what audit is before they start.
