I am involved in the Audit of Multiple client's Financial statements. I perform substantive test of Details and Controls testing over a client Accounts, which contributes to the audit opinion in the Financial Statements.
I have had the ability to coach new 1st Years on certain areas. Have developed a greater understanding of a number of accounting principles and estimates.
I really enjoy the programme because it is challenging and engaging and the rewards are invaluable.
The structure is good and has been developed well. However, communication of next steps could be more efficient/clear.
I receive lots of support from individuals for my college tuition and lots of support on the job. Where there is less guidance is for exams.
There are plenty of avenues for obtaining support where needed.
The qualification/ exams do help me to develop my knowledge and understanding of many principles in some exams. However, other examinations do not tie directly to my role.
There are plenty of social activities available and they are created/ managed by the staff themselves.

Great opportunity to develop and gain new experience. Quickest place to learn and qualify.
Make sure to apply for a number of different firms. The best practice for interviews and applications, is to do other ones too. Don't limit your opportunities.
