The program has been running for years at EY therefore they have adapted the program from feedback. This makes it extremely organized in its structure.
From my employer, I have a buddy, a counsellor and an apprenticeship coach. I always have somebody to talk to and discuss any issues inside or outside of work I might be experiencing
regular support and updates, Kaplan also has a 9-5 support line where you can speak to a tutor if you need help on anything
Very confident. It allows me practice the theory I have learned in real time scenarios which helps me to progress and understand further.

I would and I have. To several. The qualifications and experience you receive are second to none. It is the best way to learn and progress in you career which being part of an amazing inclusive business
To be yourself. Your qualifications make up about 10% of who you are, at EY it is about character, being a member of a team not just an employee. Do not be afraid to be yourself and stand out in different ways to just grades.
