  • Auditing balances as part of the audit. Regular communication with the client to enquire over these balances as part of professional skepticism.

  • I have improved my communication skills due to having to communicate with the client regularly and internally within EY.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have found the WFH environment very difficult. However, I am optimistic that the role will be easier when barrier of WFH is no longer.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very organised and lots of support. The programme has a lot of apprentices so feel it is very well structured. There are lots of training programmes to ensure we are on track with our knowledge.

  • A lot of support - we have peer group networks, counsellors and our apprenticeship coach for support.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • There is a lot of support from the training provider. They are very open to answering any questions needed and are friendly / approachable to knock down any barriers.

  • Very supported and approachable with any concerns. They are available on live chat, emails and call back. I feel very supported and this helps me to perform better in my role.

  • There is a peer support networks. However, due to the WFH environment I have not found that there have been many social events.
