things ive learned more about: emotional intelligence, learning styles, how to motivate, building relationships, active listening, equality & inclusion,
i am enjoying the course very much. It has helped me to evaluate my teams learning styles, their emotional wellbeing, and how to be a better leader and mentor. Though it has been hard going sometimes with the workload, i feel i have learned a lot.
The course has been structured well i believe, from the induction, which gave us an idea of the workload we would have, through all the different workshops, all the information provided, and the support i've had from my tutor
As my Manager is also completing the course, i've had all the support i need from my Employer.
i have a great Tutor, who supports me. I have access to all the information i require to complete the course. i'm enjoying the course very much.
the course has taught me many things: self awareness of me and my team, learning styles and how to adapt to each team member. Active listening. i feel im more connected to my team, i have also used some of the Modules learnt to good use.
