  • Yes I have developed my communication skills and am currently studying to become a chartered accountant

  • My team, office and other apprentices, graduates and students have all been very welcoming and I have been made some lifelong friends. The programme is enjoyable so far

  • I feel valued but not as much as I feel the graduates are treated that are given far more opportunities to learn and develop than the apprentices

  • It is well organised but training events could be provided with more notice but the support (only when asked for) is excellent

  • Very little

  • A lot, everyone is very supportive of my goals and will help me to succeed
