Yes I have developed my communication skills and am currently studying to become a chartered accountant
My team, office and other apprentices, graduates and students have all been very welcoming and I have been made some lifelong friends. The programme is enjoyable so far
I feel valued but not as much as I feel the graduates are treated that are given far more opportunities to learn and develop than the apprentices
It is well organised but training events could be provided with more notice but the support (only when asked for) is excellent
Very little
A lot, everyone is very supportive of my goals and will help me to succeed
It is acceptable
There are a lot of voluntary activities within the community but I would like to see some IBM funded team building events
