I provide support on the operations and internal comms of my team.
I've learned a lot about digital marketing and the inner workings of a large company
The culture is better than I could have imagined - really positive and welcoming
There's a good balance of self directed work and support from my wider team, manager and apprenticeship coach - really good focus on personal development
Lots of support, I always feel like I can ask questions and get a lot of guidance. I never feel alone or unsupported.
It's easy to get in touch and ask questions, and we have regular 1-1s.
The things I learn in my qualification are always put into context when I'm working. It's very helpful.
We're always encouraged to join in with volunteering as well as team building events
Yes
The culture is the most important thing for me and it's a really positive place to work.
The interview process might seem daunting but it's not as scary as you might think! Everyone at Sage is really friendly and they want you to do well.
