Yes, on the Apprenticeship I was advised to take part in branch to expand my knowledge as well as learn the ways from experienced colleagues. We discussed how to effectively serve which I then put to the test.
I enjoyed the different ways in which I improved my learning. i also enjoyed working with my tutor as she was a great help.
I believe the fact that it is mainly coursework was very beneficial as I could do it in-branch around my work day. The only negative was I had to travel for the first few months into london.
