Time management, confidence, better communication skills.
Sometimes balancing work and University assignments can be challenging but it is worth the extra time.
Regular communication, great support system with each worker being assigned a counsellor.
Very supportive, upon joining I had a buddy in the year above me who helped to guide me through the systems and build confidence. I have a counsellor who I regularly speak to which is great.

Helps me to build new skills.
Lots of networks, to name a few: EY foundation, EY womens network. There is also activities such as the EY netball team.
