I have learnt as well as developed many skills at my time at EY, for instance our work is heavily excel based and was able to develop my skillset in that area
The programme has been very good for my personal development and everyone is always willing to help
The programme is very well structured as each month/year i would know what exams, college or training I would have to attend months in advance
I receive a lot of help from people in my department and they would always take time out to help me regardless of how busy they are
Our training providor, Kaplan has been very organised have a lot of support on thier website for students
Our training provider has helped us a lot in terms of performing better in our roles as we were able to learn the complex technical information in our class and then later apply it to our actual work
There are many communities that are available to join at EY depending on what interests you

The EY apprenticeship scheme in my opinion is a much better path for my career rather than going to uni as you get practical experience as well as an ACA Qualification
