  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • When I was working in the office there were team events, charity events etc being held, however since working from home these obviously are no longer an option. Since working from home there have not been any events or activities for me to participate in, however, this cannot be helped.

  • 9a. Would you recommend British Airways to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • I would recommend British Airways to a friend as they have treated me well throughout a very difficult time for the aviation industry. The programme is well run and is an excellent alternative to university for someone who would prefer to gain experience within the workplace in order to start their career.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to British Airways?
  • Ensure you research British Airways and our vision before completing your application. Ensure that you agree with these and that this is reflected in your application and answers at the assessment center. Listen to instructions at the assessment centre and ensure you do not stand out for the wrong reasons. First impressions are often the most important.
