Lots of new skills, a whole new knowledge of Tax has been started!
I really enjoy the programme! Everyone within the firm is friendly and approachable and there to help advance my learning.
Extremely valued. Everyone is able to help and advise whenever necessary. I have also attended a variety of training courses to help broaden my understanding of the firm and the tax processes within the firm.
The programme has an extremely well organised structure of progression.
Lots of support, they are available whenver needed.
Everyone within the firm is available to help. The employer provides us with training and a buddy and personal manager and assessor to help with our support.
The salary is very competitive within the industry. The salary helps cover the costs of my travel with the use of the season ticket loan.
There are opportunities outside work to socialise with memebers of the team etc.
