Day to day, I help other stylist when I haven’t got any clients in, tidy the salon, sweep and mop daily, cleans chairs after every client, head of reception, handle money, book clients in, anything other stylist need me to do I will. Always help mix colours and get stations ready.
I have learnt so many new skills, from starting to talk to clients in the right way and always listen to everything they have to say. Now been able to cut and colour hair, watch other stylist with new methods, and currently watching zoom calls and learning new ways of doing things.
I enjoy this programme so much, you are treated like a adult, always there to help if you are stuck, give you extra stuff to help you if you are stuck. Would always give you guidance on anything you were doing. Will get your through your course no matter what.
My programme is organised very well you always know what you are doing and what you need to do, they will help you if you’re struggling but they will put things in place that a needed for the session and always help no matter what and give you guidance
I receive constantly, every other week my tutor will message me and ask me if I am okay and if I need any help with anything or is there anything she can give me eg extra work book or PowerPoint. When my tutor comes out or zoom calls me she is very helpful with everything.
I receive support no matter what and guiding me in the right direction to qualify.give me pointers if I need to improve anything and will always ask if there is anything she can do to help with anything or give me extra things to revise and look at to get me ready.
I think that it had me perform better because I know where I want to be in the future and you only get there with help and structure, guidance and anything you need, you perform better knowing how to talk to clients and interact with them and be confident in your self.
Yes there is many things to and add to your qualifications, you just need to ask if there is any, I will be doing a mental health one to understand all different types, due to circumstances people will be feeling rubbish so I can identify how they feel and if they may need extra help.
Yes
They’re an amazing company to be with, so many different courses you can do and extend your qualifications that maybe you don’t realise until you are with the company, I will be doing many more and will definitely recommend people as it is amazing and you get some much help if needed.
To be yourself and don’t let anyone make you feel rubbish because mistakes are meant to happen.you learn from them and will become a better person because you might know how to get yourself out of the situation. Just be yourself and confidence is key
