Childcare Apprentership. Completed level 2 onto level 3 now which I am nearly finished

Yes I have learnt safeguarding, health and self care, theory’s and theorists in childcare and lots more

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Yea I like my program and enjoy learning new things everytime I have a webinar

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well organised I have 2 webinars a month and am always reminded of these. I then reflect back on my what I have learnt

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

I recive a lot of support in my job and can always go for a chat if need be

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

She provides me lots of help and support, even if I text late at night she will reply back

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It gives me a better knowledge in my job and gives me warning sings about what to look for if a child is being abused I have learnt so much

They have been very helpful and have been so supportive through my level 3 and two and I have learnt so much
