  • My role is to ensure the manufacturing processes and activities meet the food safety and quality requirement of the law and our customers

  • I fully enjoy my programme which allows me to gain experience and knowledge and expand my work within the business

  • Well organised , everything is in a collected base (NOW, OneFile). Teachers are helpful and very responsive

  • My studies has helped me take part and achieve great success in many workplace activities and I feel that it is supporting me to achieve my future role

  • Not at the moment due to covid 19

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because I feel that an apprenticeship is the best way to gain both knowledge and experience. The course not only teach us great information it also helps us gain work experience which is crucial for future carriers


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Nottingham Trent University?
  • Do not hesitate to apply if you feel this is the right path for you. Make sure you are fully committed and do your research before you apply to make sure you are aware what you commit to.
