Some of the content has been good, however much of it not so much.
Structure has lacked at times, certainly in terms of a lack of structure for the entire programme explained at the outset.

No huge links have gone to my working life as of yet. However I do see it helping me acquiring new jobs as an addition on my CV

Good work life balance, overall pretty good pay. Also, it feels good to be contributing to the life saving work that Babcock does.
Prepare, prepare and prepare for the interview... like you would any interview! Be willing to be flexible
