Yes, I have developed my knowledge about Electronic components as well as the importance of health and safety within the workplace.
Excellent programme, for excellent applications.
It is structured really well in terms of developing your knowledge in stages rather than being overwhelmed from the beginning.
Any support I need, I am given with regards to academic support or personal support which I think is great.
All support required to carry out my training is given to an adequate level.
It provides me with good background knowledge in electronics so that when I move into the workplace, I'm not going in blind.

BAE Systems is a great company to work for and is a household name. It is my personal belief that it provides the leading edge in electrical engineering, hence it being my choice of employment. I would 100% recommend it to a friend for this among many reasons.
Do your research into the company to make sure it is right fit for you, but if it what you are looking for, it is a great company to work for.
