I work in a call centre for BT Business. I deal with calls relating to billing and faults queries.
I have further developed my customer service skills. I have also grown in confidence and have improved my IT skills.
I really enjoy doing the apprenticeship as all the apprentices have a great bond. The work is challenging but in a positive way.
We have monthly apprentice study days, latterly using Microsoft Teams due to COVID. We work through our documents and have our assessor there to help us which is great.
Our employer is very supportive and always lets us have our study days so we can achieve our full potential.
Our assessor is great and always there when we need her for any help and support.
We use everything that we have learned on a daily basis and I feel it has definitely helped me do better in my work.
Yes
BT is a great company to work for, I have an amazing team at work and I can see myself having an employer for life.
Prepare for your interview as much as possible.
