My job role involves me cleaning all rooms, making sure all linen is put away correctly, linen rooms are kept clean and tidy at all times. Also I am in the process of being trained up on how to order our consumables.
I have learned about all the different chemicals. I have also learned that I can achieve what I want if I push myself further.
I enjoy the programme as I am learning in more detail how the company works.
I feel the structer of the programme is very well done.
I receive a lot of support from both my duty manager and area manager.
