I have developed my IT skills incredible with the use of excel and word, where I am now very confident with this software. I have also become a lot more confident on the phone and talking to people for things such as quotes.
I enjoy the programme but it does come with some pressur/stress
Helical is well organised, but I also work for Global Energy which is much less structured.
I receive a good amount of support from colleagues and my employer.
My training provider gives me a huge amount of support and help when completing my qualification.
I have taken some information learnt from this into my role such as relationships with stakeholders.

I would recommend this to others as there is a lot of help throughout your apprenticeship.
