    • Monitor and ensure network is performing as it should. Work on continuous process improvement

    • I knew nothing about networking before I started at Vodafone so all those skills have been learned through the apprenticeship. I have also developed many other skills like communication, organization and professionalism.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I enjoy working within the team I am currently in. It is filled with fantastic people. University is ok, I get through it. It is a good opportunity for myself and will help my career path

    • Level 4 was absolutely shocking, I wouldn't rate it. The degree program is better

    • As long as I ask, they will always try to help

    • Average, they never really seem to have an answer for any questions

    • There is not much in my degree program i can relate to my team, but skills learned in Level 4 were a lot more useful

    • Not at the moment with the pandemic. However there are opportunities to set these things up and there are networking events (when there isn't a pandemic)

    • Vodafone is a great company to work for

    • Honesty is the best policy! Vodafone invest in people
