Helping with community investment and admin work, and promoting British Airways at careers events.
I have really developed my presentation skills, I have also developed to be able to help at virtual careers events which I had never encountered before. I now understand more about office work.
I enjoy it a lot!! It is well run, I receive really good support. I love it!
The programme is well organised with a good structure. They are always clear about what we are going to do and what is required from me.
We receive a lot of support when we are doing new things, and to make sure that we have the skills that we need to complete the work. As someone with Aspergers, ADHD and dyslexia I always feel well supported.
Lots of support. Special workshops are arranged to make sure we have good skills to help us.
It helps a lot as it gives me more confidence, and it makes me feel really proud to be part of the team.
There are. Even in lockdown we have taken part in virtual events such as sponsored walk / run / bike with Strava to raise money for Red Nose Day. We also have an active Whats App group.
Yes
Its a very good company and it does a lot of good things for the community as well as being very good at what it does.
