Just starting on the apprenticeship journey but so far I can see this will support my development in my current and future roles.
I have just commenced so a little early to say but the induction and information to date has been really good as well as the support networks put in place.
Brookes as an organised is in the top world rankings so so far the experience has been excellent even with it being online. The Apprenticeship induction has also been very through and I have been given lots of opportunity to meet others on the programme to meet and share ideas.
Lots of support, we have an internal Apprenticeship network and my direct boss and colleagues have been very supportive ensuring I can have work time to dedicate to this development.
The online campus and Moodle set-up is excellent at Brookes so the online experience and support has been amazing so far. We have completed a very through induction and start to the programme, I do not think they could have provided anymore information.
The MBA is a long journey but I hope there will be many opportunities as I go along, I have already been able to complete some research and share some content with colleagues that will help us in our day to day operations.
Yes we have already had some online webinars and this has created some network events to happen and meet with some colleagues from across the organisation.
Yes
I have worked for the University for over 20 years, I have been able to train and further develop during this time and in the various different roles I have held. It is a fantastic organisation and I feel lucky to be part of it for so long.
There are so many roles available but if your perfect role is available then consider alternatives, as there is so much opportunity to develop and work into your perfect role over time with the great support and training available.
