My role is split into several areas 1) Amazon management 2) supporting new launches 3)supporting in PR/Communication
Yes, I have learnt so many skills such as operating Amazon, presentation, time management.
I really enjoy the programme, I have integrated really well with my team and I have managed to pick up my responsibilities quickly. Everyone is extremely supportive, helpful and understanding which allows me to develop.
The course is structured relatively well. From a work side of thing I think it’s very good however, from university it can be time consuming to watch all the lecturers before hand.
My team is extremely supportive - I’m always questioned if I need help with anything and everyone is super patient with me if I don’t understand anything.
There’s always opportunity to receive feedback, whether it’s from our lecturers or from our mentor so I feel like if I need feedback or help it is available.
As I have only studied 2 modules it is quite difficult to find the link at times between what I’m studying and my role. There are some modules which I think will relate and overall everything is interesting so far.
Given the current situation of working from home, it is a bit difficult to get involved in other activities. However, we do occasionally have some guest speakers, an exercise programme and mindful activities.
Yes
The experience has been so amazing - beyond the expectations I had. Everyone has been so supportive and I feel I’m really growing + getting experience. I’m so glad and thankful I got the opportunity.
RESEARCH, RESEARCH AND RESEARCH! Ensure you’re well prepared for your interview, confident and have knowledge on L’Oréal but also the industry + the role.
