fleet sales admin updating orders and informing customers where their vehicles are, preparing vehicles ready to go out. contact with service dept. to make sure vehicles have been prepared contact to customers to inform them where their vehicles are/if they have been built etc. looking after the peugeot demonstrator programme for scotland
i have became more customer-orientated and also completed several sales courses as well as courses for new vehicles
i enjoy the work to an extent, there is never a quiet moment the team are great and there has never been any issues between myself and another staff member
i feel very valued at the company.
my induction was very good as i was introduced around the whole company training was given in the extent to going to HQ for sales courses but have never been given approriate apprentice training i have always had support from manager and other staff members when i have been unsure of how to handle something
i have not received any training outwith being given training via my manager who has been very helpful
i receive great support from my manager who is very understanding to the fact i am still learning the trade the HR team have also been very helpful with anything they have required me to do.
living costs are ok as i stay with parents so pay an amount each month to them but not sure own flat would be affordable as of just now. travel costs are also ok as i dont stay far from the workplace. daily costs are also covered as are social costs as i take great care with my money towards extras.
there are many oppertunities outside of work especially right next to me persionally as there is a well covered gym next door.
Yes
many other areas of the business have a course set up for them which i have seen people complete personally and they are awarded with certificates of completion and also then kept on by the company so it is a great oppertunity for someone to take on, should one arrive.
the application process was very well layed out and wasnt difficult like many are today. the interview was great as it is more of a getting to know each other rather than a questionaire from the interviewer i would like to have been told there was no course work setup for me but i could still take on the role as this was never mentioned
