I manage cases of Looked After Children in our semi-independent living provisions and supervise 12 staff.
I have started my new role today, so it is hard to comment yet. I will be developing my organisational skills, interpersonal skills, leadership and management skills and communication skills
Very much so, as the assessor is excellent and I can relate the assessments and what I am learning directly to my role
It's very well organised and structured. I know what is expected of me and by when.
Not much! I haven't asked for any though to be honest.
I receive enough support and I know my assessor will do all that she can to assist me, when needed.
Time will tell, as I started my new role today but I think it has been very useful and insightful.
