Daily tasks - day to day operations, reception, 4cast, rota etc. Daily interactions internally - with the team, the guests, managers etc. Daily interactions externally - cross site development, meetings etc. Projects - orders, apprenticeship, budgets, team development etc.
I am quite new to the role and very keen to learn and improve my skills. I am studying the theory with my level 3 apprenticeship that I can put into practice at work place. Role brought me more confidence, improved my communication skills, team work ...
Work does fulfil my expectations as I am constantly learning by being in different situations every day. Team can sometimes be difficult but overall manageable. I enjoy my job.
Programme and meetings are well structured. However, MyLife site to access content is very cluttered and repetitive with all different links. Mary, the supervisor is giving me all the support and training I need - she is amazing. Topics for apprenticeship are not too broad as I am able to cover them while working full time.
I am very independent with my studies but I know my trainer or manager will support or help me if needed.
I enjoy doing my programme. My mentor is always available and there to help if needed.
By doing my course I believe I know more and more about my role and industry I work in. it allows me to put the theory into practice.
Due to covid no, not many. However, Company is well known by social and charity events.
