Yes, I have learnt how to speak confidently on the phone and also how to manipulate reports such as using formulas and pivot tables in excel to get information that you want.
I enjoy my job and look forward to coming to work.
My college tutor is really good at setting me targets and helping me to achieve those targets. I had to take a break in learning due to going on maternity and she has helped me to catch up.
I receive lots of support from my employer. I am allowed one day a week to complete college work and am allowed to attend any meetings with my tutor whenever needed.
My tutor is very supportive. She always keeps me motivated in completing the next task and regularly has meetings and phone calls with me to see how i'm getting on.
I feel as though the qualification does really relate to my job. However I feel as though my job helps me to complete my college work rather than the other way round.
The only ones I am aware of is ther'es a walking group. Also our team do have lots of social activities outside of work when we can.
