I have learnt new skills and also developed new skills
I enjoy the training programme as it gives insight and help into the job role that is expected
Very well organised very well constructed I think the company should offer a tad more support during the programme so you can fill out the paperwork that is required
My employer has not asked me anything about my apprenticeship or if I need additional support throughout my enrollment
I receive a lot of support from my training provider he understands that i am busy within my day to day work and offers extensions so I have a little more time after work to complete certain aspects of the course
It helps me understand certain aspects of management and how to deal with certain situations that may occur within the workplace
None of the above
Yes
ELIOR is quite a good company to work for, it is also educational, they offer a lot of training courses and promote good causes through a newsletter each month they also have a lot of competitions you can be put forward for wich helps to get recognised in your profession so you can further your career
I would say go for it as you have more to gain than you do to lose
