Learnt how to deputise for my line manager and how to run meetings
I enjoy my programme a lot, it helps me understand my role better and learn how to improve and grow in my role. Enjoyed researching and finding about the business as a whole too. I
My programme is pretty well structured, learn all the information before going into the assessment period. I find that the off job training log is a bit pointless as it doesn’t count for anything towards end grade.
I don’t receive as much support from my employer as I feel I could, during difficult times at current it has made it harder to continue with my programme and my employer sometimes forgets I need to complete it.
My training provider has given me a great deal of support always at the end of an email to answer any questions I have and we have regular meetings to ensure I understand the course.
I feel that the qualification gives me a better understanding of my role and helps me understand why I have to do certain things from all aspects of the business. I hope it will help me grow within the company too.
Currently we have no extra curricular activities to get involved within
