  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Significantly. So far find the programme profound. Provides a much deeper and different understanding of business management. I thought I would struggle with online learning but in a way it is better as the access to information is easier. If able to use laptops during lectures perfect blend.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well. Now platform excellent. The marketing module was a little intense and felt like a lot of information was thrown at us. This was not the lecturer's fault instead he was limited on time. Alternative to provide blend of live and via pre-recorded links.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • No real recognition or encouragement of the required 20% OTJ training. I am not stopped from doing this I just have to make sure that I do do this. Finding the only time I can do any MBA work is if I WFH.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Support has so far been broadly excellent. The 'drop in' sessions have been very valuable. All lecturers very approachable. My MBA Workplace Tutor provided some support but I felt that he was too conscious of upsetting me. I'm happy to receive negative (constructive) feedback

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • 100%. The marketing module in particular was very useful and helps day to day. Managing and Leadership and methods of reflection has also provided a much deeper insight how to manage oneself and others. The biggest challenge is having the opportunity to implement changes in the workplace.
